Principal Notes

Dear Parents,

I hope that you plan to attend our Open House this Sunday, January 18, from

9 to 11:30 am. We’ve invited alumni to attend the 9 am mass, then the Open House afterward. It is wonderful to have a large attendance as we showcase our school, student work, projects, and the inspirational and educational activities that take place here. 

Next week, we continue to celebrate St. Philip during Catholic Schools Week. The dress for each day is below. We want to have fun and not add to families' stress, so please do not feel you have to buy special things for your child to wear. Raid their closet, and maybe yours, and just have fun with it. 

Please continue to ask family and friends to sponsor your child for the Jogathon. This is such an important fundraiser for our school, the only one that is driven by the students’ involvement. Each student needs to raise $200 for us to reach our goal. I know that some families cannot do this, and some families can do more, so let’s all do what we can to make the Jogathon successful!
